The purpose of this survey is to determine if the ETA should continue to enroll in the NYSUT-endorsed Legal Service Plan, which provides members with legal assistance for an array of needs. We currently pay $60.00 for each member.
If the majority of members vote to discontinue our enrollment, we will allow it to expire at the end of the school year. However, members could independently enroll for $85.00 annually.
